How to Sign Up to altshare
Getting started with altshare is quick and easy — you can create your company account in just a few steps.
Please note: your new account includes a 4-week free trial, giving you full access to explore all modules at no cost, including the ability to submit a 409A valuation request.
➕ Create Your Account
- Go to the Altshare homepage and click Get Started
or use this link:
👉 https://cfo.altshare.com/account/registration - Enter your email address
- Check your inbox and click the verification link
➕ Complete Your Company Setup
After verifying your email, enter the following details:
- Contact Name
- Company Name
- Password
- Country of Incorporation
- Currency
- Company Size
Once completed, your account will be created.
You’re all set!
You’ve activated your 4-week free trial, with full access to all altshare modules at no cost- including the ability to submit a request for a 409A valuation.
You can now:
• Upload and manage your cap table
• Explore the full platform with unrestricted access
• Run advanced equity simulations
• Submit a 409A valuation request (final valuation report subject to separate pricing)
At the end of your 4-week trial, you’ll receive a notification in the platform’s Notifications section with details about your trial status and next steps.

You can upgrade your plan.
How to Upgrade Your Plan
- Go to Settings → Manage Subscriptions
- Under Plan Info & Usage, click Upgrade
- Choose the plan that best fits your company’s needs
How to Log In to altshare
You can access your altshare account at any time using your login credentials.
- Go to the Altshare homepage: https://altshare.com
- Click Login
- Select Login under the Equity Management Platform
or use the direct link:

- Enter your:
- Email address
- Password
- Click Login
You’ll now be able to access your account and continue managing your cap table and equity data at any time.
Tip: Bookmark the login page for quicker access in the future.
