How to Reset Your Password

If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it and regain access to your altshare account.

➕Reset Your Password

1. Go to the altshare homepage:
   👉 https://altshare.com
2. Click Login
3. Select Login under the Equity Management Platform
4. Or use the direct login page:
   👉 https://cfo.altshare.com/account/login
5. Click Forgot Password?
6. Enter the email address associated with your altshare account.
7. Click Send.
8. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
9. Open the email and click the Reset Password link.
10. Choose and confirm your new password.
11. Return to the login page and sign in using your email address and new password.

Tip: If you don't receive the password reset email within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder. If you still can't find it, please contact the altshare support team for assistance.
