How to Convert a Promised Award to a Grant

Altshare allows you to easily convert promised awards into official grants once all required grant information is available.

Step 1: Open the Promised Award Actions Menu

1. Navigate to the Promised table
2. Locate the relevant award number
3. Click the ⋮ three-dots icon next to the award

Step 2: Convert the Award to a Grant

1. Click Convert to Grant
2. Complete the required grant details

Step 3: Confirm the Conversion

Once all required fields are completed:

1. Review the grant details
2. Click Confirm

The award will automatically move from the Promised table to the Grants table.
